Sunday
They started her on small tube feeds last night and are gradually going up. So far she is tolerating them well. Keeping praying that she can keep them down, because that is the only thing holding us here. When she starts keeping food down, then we will be able to go to Sunnyview rehab. I notice that she is not drooling as much and is swallowing more of her mouth secretions. I am sure it won't be long before she can eat food from her mouth. Not much more going on here. It's just a lot of waiting now.

We are believing with you "that it won't be long" until Ashlyn is swallowing and moving as before. Thank you Lord for allowing her to keep food down, please, please, please continue to bring healing to her little body so she can begin the needed therapy to regain her strength. In Jesus Name we ask - Amen.
ReplyDeleteI just saw this picture of Ashlyn sucking her finger...what a beautiful site. Thank you, Jesus, for showing us these little things that we know to be Ashlyn. We've already started praying that Ashlyn will tolerate the feedings. Ashlyn is a beautiful little girl, with great parents.

We just heard the news that ashlyn is now tollerating much of her feedings! We are over joyed to hear such amazing news! It is just a matter of time for her healthy recovery! Your strength and support has gotten her so far! Ashlyn is such a strong girl, God is so good!
